William J. Kearney has been named president and chief operating officer of the Ingalls Companies, P.O. Box 2527, Birmingham, Ala. 35202. The announcement was made by Mrs. Elesabeth Ingalls Gillet and Mrs. Barbara Ingalls Shook, co-chairmen of the Ingalls Companies.
